Grind spots: is this spot for you?

Everyone tells you "go grind X." Almost nobody tells you that X needs 2,000 more AP-scaled damage than you have and you'll earn a third of the headline number. We list the AP/DP gate, the realistic silver/hour, and — the part you actually need — a blunt line on who should skip it.

The "I'm under-geared but I'll grind it anyway" trap

Grind spots have elbow curves: below the gate, your silver/hour collapses. If you're 30 AP under the recommendation, you're not "grinding efficiently," you're subsidizing the people who out-gear you. Grind down a tier or build AP first.

Buffs are free silver

Value Pack tax cut, scroll buffs, node investment and a full party can add 20–40% to your hourly. Most "this spot underpays" complaints are really "you skipped every buff." Stack them before judging a spot.
